And I'm nervous. I called her pedi today because Grace has been refusing to drink her formula during the day for the last 10 days or so. She is lucky to get 16ozs in her and that's with me coaxing her ALL DAY LONG! Today at 7pm she only had 11ozs in her. I asked the nurse if it was ok to switch her and she thought it was best. She's concerned about dehydration. She said (and agreed with me) that Grace could be one of the few who are self-weaning from formula. She will take a sip then give you a face like you are poisoning her.
The nurse said to aim for 16-20ozs total of milk. She said I need to call her if she isn't taking that number in a week. I'm a little scared...
